Not many English words have changed all that much in 100 years. A camera was a camera, a reporter was a reporter or a journalist, and a kitchen was a kitchen. However, because of the changes in technology there are a lot of words from the Victorian era that are no longer commonly used today, such as button hook, rimmer, bustle, and so forth. There are a few things that have parallels but have changed due to technology: an ice box was a refrigerator, an out house was a bathroom, a gas light was an electric light - fire place = furnace, stuff like that.
